Malabar’s order entry, inventory control, production control, factory routing, cost control and requirements planning provide total support for sales, engineering and manufacturing.

CAD/CAM
Malabar utilizes a state-of-the-art computer aided design and manufacturing system. Our large CNC machine tools were specifically selected and tooled for Malabar products.

Quality Assurance
Malabar’s quality assurance department inspects all incoming materials, in-process operations and finished parts. All products are fully tested for compliance to Malabar and customer specifications.

Product Support
Malabar maintains an extensive spare parts inventory to support customer’s requirements. Most spare parts orders are processed and shipped by the end of the next business day.
