Malabar Product Overhaul, Test Certification & Repair Services

Due to increasing demand we are pleased to provide the following services to assist you in maintaining
Malabar products.
1. Aircraft Jack Overhaul: This service covers all current Malabar axle and tripod jacks. Upon receipt of
your firm order Malabar will provide a Return Goods Authorization number. Upon receipt of your
Rebuildable Malabar jack Core* Malabar will overhaul the jack and will have it ready for shipment within
30-45 days. This service covers the following models:

Axle Jacks:
- Complete disassembly and component part inspection.
- Installation of new Malabar Repair Kit.
- Repaint complete jack with skydrol resistant yellow paint.
- Load test to factory setting and test certificate.
- Preservation and packaging per Malabar standards
- For Mobile Axle Jacks (35 to 95 Ton): Installation of new original equipment accessories;
Air Operated Pump, Load Gauge, Lubricator, Rain Hat, if so equipped.
- 1 year factory standard warranty.
Models covered: 215, 642S, 648A, 649A, 649BP, 652, 8693A, 8732, 8772, 832R,
8685, 8714, 8782, 8842, 50P9AR, 60/65P10, 65P10AR, 85P10AR & 95P10AR

Tripod Jacks:
Parts and service includes:
- Complete disassembly and component part inspection.
- Installation of new Malabar Repair Kit.
- Repaint complete jack with skydrol resistant yellow paint.
- Load test to factory setting and test certificate.
- Domestic Skid Packaging per Malabar Standards*
- Installation of New Original Equipment Accessories; Air Operated Pump, Load Gauge,
Lubricator, Rain Hat, if so equipped.
- 3 year factory standard warranty.
*Note: Export Packaging is an extra charge.

*Note: A Rebuildable Core includes all the following jack components in working condition if originally
supplied when the item was new:

Note: Replacement of the above items will be at an additional charge for the part only.
Overhaul Price: For budgetary purposes, the overhaul price based on receipt of a complete rebuildable
core shall not exceed 65% of the current factory new price.

2. Aircraft Jack Test Certification Services: This service covers all Malabar Axle and Tripod Jacks. Upon
receipt of your inquiry Malabar will provide a price quotation including a lead time estimate. Upon
acceptance of the quotation and receipt of a firm order. Malabar will provide a Return Goods Authorization
number and perform the following services:

- Unpackaging and reassembly (if required)
- Re-calibrate the jack load gauge (if so equipped)
- Load test to factory setting and test certificate.
- Standard Malabar packaging for Axle Jacks.
- Domestic skid packaging for Tripod Jacks per Malabar Standards*.
*Note: Export Packaging is an extra charge.

3. Malabar Product Repairs: This service covers all Malabar current products. Upon receipt of your repair
order Malabar will provide a Return Goods Authorization number. Once the unit is received, Malabar will
inspect the item and advise the cost and the lead time to complete the repair. A 90 day warranty is
provided for all repairs. An inspection fee will be charged based upon the following schedule regardless if
the unit is repaired:

Note: Malabar will notify you if the repair cost exceeds 65% of the price for a new unit.
If a new unit is ordered within 30 days after notification, the inspection fee will be waived.
